Affiliate Community Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Affiliate communities on Discord and Lark.

• Implement and oversee community challenges to boost posting and GMV growth.

• Conduct daily content reviews, provide feedback, and coach affiliates.

• Engage in active community management with affiliate creators through direct messaging.

• Oversee the management of launch plan retainer agreements.

• Objective: Increase and sustain a robust, on-brand affiliate base.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in community or influencer management.

• At least 1 year of experience with TikTok Shop Affiliates (brand perspective).

• Experience in paid or performance content creation is a plus.

• Background in Beauty or Wellness/Health is an advantage.
