Affiliate Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Address creator inquiries utilizing approved messaging templates.

• Assist creators with inquiries related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Refer complex or sensitive issues to the relevant team members.

• Review and process requests for creator samples.

• Approve or reject requests based on established brand guidelines.

• Keep approval queues organized and tidy.

• Assess creators for brand compatibility, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Examine submitted content to ensure it meets campaign standards.

• Spot and report potential brand safety or compliance issues.

• Dispatch outreach messages and invitations for campaigns to creators.

• Monitor creator responses and aid in campaign coordination.

• Support ongoing affiliate campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.

• Oversee assigned TikTok Shop accounts and carry out daily operational tasks.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date workflows, trackers, and account information.

• Proactively communicate any blockers and workload issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while ensuring high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
