Workforce Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Onboard, oversee, and assist Fresh Success providers, including community colleges, adult schools, and nonprofit community organizations.

• Co-facilitate onboarding sessions, webinars, and annual in-person gatherings.

• Provide continuous technical support to assigned providers.

• Review quarterly invoices and data submissions, focusing on cost allowability, documentation, and data accuracy.

• Conduct program reviews and monitoring to ensure adherence to state CalFresh and federal SNAP Employment & Training regulations and relevant policies.

• Offer technical assistance and gain insights into provider challenges and best practices.

• Evaluate and analyze reports, data, and supporting documents, and prepare actionable recommendations.

• Assist in the planning, logistics, and implementation of webinars, conference presentations, and meetings to attract new partners.
