This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive global strategy for learning and talent development that aligns with business goals and growth priorities.
• Foster a culture of ongoing learning that promotes professional excellence, effective leadership, innovation, and career advancement.
• Assess future workforce capabilities and critical skill needs throughout the organization.
• Prepare the organization for market expansion, digital transformation, new service offerings, and M&A activities.
• Oversee talent and capability strategies that support M&A transactions, including leadership evaluations, talent retention, cultural integration, and workforce preparedness.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Create succession planning frameworks and targeted development strategies for essential talent pools.
• Guide the transition towards a skills-based talent model and develop workforce capability strategies.
• Establish skills taxonomies, capability frameworks, and workforce planning insights.
• Advocate for AI and emerging technologies in the realm of learning and talent development.
• Deploy modern learning platforms, personalized learning pathways, AI-driven coaching tools, skills intelligence solutions, and digital learning ecosystems.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to pinpoint capability gaps, forecast future skill requirements, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Counsel executive leaders on workforce capabilities, leadership effectiveness, organizational readiness, growth strategies, market expansion, M&A integration, and enterprise talent planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Technology, Operations, business leadership teams, and Resource Management.
• Maintain relationships with external learning providers, universities, professional associations, and technology partners.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to assess learning effectiveness and business results.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing Learning & Talent Development organization.
• Define the function’s strategic vision, operational model, and key priorities.
• Enhance organizational capability through team leadership, talent development, succession planning, and resource management.
• Promote operational excellence through governance, measurement, technology utilization, and continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in learning, leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide learning and talent strategies within professional services, consulting, financial services, technology, or similarly knowledge-intensive sectors.
• Background in supporting business growth, organizational transformation, workforce capability planning, or M&A integration initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in developing leaders and driving workforce capability transformation.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Experience in managing learning technologies and enterprise learning platforms.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning.
• Proficiency in learning innovation.
• Familiarity with AI and digital fluency.
• Skills in change leadership.
