Instructional Designer – LMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and support sales education initiatives, training programs, and learning materials that align with business and sales objectives.

• Utilize knowledge of products, processes, and competitive markets to develop pertinent educational content.

• Integrate insights from healthcare professionals and input from stakeholders into educational materials and programs.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of both in-person and virtual sales education courses and initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with Medical Education, Product Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing Communications, and other relevant parties.

• Identify and utilize effective communication methods, platforms, and messaging to enhance learning and engagement.

• Develop measurement and tracking strategies to assess program effectiveness and guide improvements.

• Participate in strategic planning, Sales Education workstreams, and budget oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing learning experiences and managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Cornerstone or comparable enterprise LMS platforms, such as SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, or Absorb, is essential.

• Experience in implementing or overseeing AI-driven sales coaching/role-play platforms like Second Nature, Quantified, Hyperbound, PitchMonster, or Yoodli is required.

• Background in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales training is preferred.

• An MBA is advantageous.
