Workflow & AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Provide solutions for essential accounting to ensure clients thrive and succeed.

• Oversee onboarding, support, product inquiries, and the entire client lifecycle.

• Proactively address client challenges without waiting for assistance from others.

• Collaborate with strategic partners to help clients fully utilize Chatarmin and achieve quantifiable business success.

• Engage in operations and feedback mechanisms to enhance the product.

• Manage multiple projects at once.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with API calls and webhooks.

• Capability to read and comprehend JSON and API documentation.

• Hands-on experience with prompting LLMs.

• Passion for direct customer interaction and effective problem-solving.

• High tolerance for stress.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage 10 projects concurrently.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive.

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, startups, and creating impactful products.

• Ideally based in Vienna.

• Must reside in Europe.

• Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.
