Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop training presentations that highlight updates related to policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedural changes.

• Keep an up-to-date and thorough action plan for all assigned indemnity claims.

• Guarantee the prompt completion of all activities associated with claim files.

• Supervise both internal and external audits.

• Evaluate billing summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Workers' Compensation claims.

• SIP certification required.

• Proven experience in analyzing intricate claims data and converting findings into strategic, actionable insights.

• Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance obligations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various claims database management systems.

• In-depth understanding of the California Labor Code as it pertains to workers' compensation claims.
