This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
β’ Conducting investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions of workers compensation claims for our clients.
β’ Engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers' offices, and legal representatives.
β’ Managing claims across various jurisdictions is essential for achieving success in this position.
β’ At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
β’ Licensing or state experience within the Northeast states.
β’ Proven understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
β’ Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
