Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster – Northeast Jurisdictions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions of workers compensation claims for our clients.

• Engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers' offices, and legal representatives.

• Managing claims across various jurisdictions is essential for achieving success in this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.

• Licensing or state experience within the Northeast states.

• Proven understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
