Claims Analyst – Marine Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Receive, assess, and analyze incoming insurance claims.

• Investigate claim specifics, including policy coverage, liability aspects, and damage evaluation.

• Communicate efficiently with policyholders, agents, adjusters, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Negotiate and resolve claims within defined authority limits.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of claims.

• Identify and report any potential fraudulent claims.

• Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams on intricate claims.

• Prepare and present claim reports and analyses to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid insurance adjuster's license in the resident state.

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, including Property, Casualty, and Liability.

• Preferred experience with MTC (Motor Truck Cargo), Builder's Risk, Yacht, and/or Recreational Marine.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
