This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Receive and process claims notifications.
β’ Oversee the administrative and operational follow-up of files.
β’ Provide support to policyholders throughout the claims journey.
β’ Analyze the documents and information necessary for claims management.
β’ Manage communications with stakeholders, including policyholders, experts, insurers, and third parties.
β’ Conduct subrogation and recovery actions when required.
β’ Ensure adherence to procedures and processing timelines.
β’ Update tracking and management tools.
β’ Demonstrated experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims management.
β’ Solid understanding of claims settlement processes.
β’ Experience in front office, back office, or recovery/subrogation handling is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to manage multiple files at the same time.
β’ Proficient with IT tools and software.
β’ Experience in home, motor, or multi-risk insurance is highly regarded.
β’ Registration as a self-employed contractor (auto-entrepreneur) is required.
β’ Must be based in France.
β’ Availability for at least 35 hours per week.
