• Strategically plan, recommend, and carry out investigations for workers’ compensation claims.

• Oversee the management of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and financial precision.

• Ensure appropriate file disposition, benefit supervision, and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Collaborate with medical professionals, attorneys, and regulators to enhance claimant outcomes.

• Applicants must be residents of the state of Maryland.

• A high school diploma is required.

• Previous experience in handling workers’ compensation insurance claims is preferred for the Claim Representative position.

• A bachelor's degree is desirable.

• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) is necessary.

• Capability to achieve productivity targets in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

• Ability to adapt and excel with evolving industry workflows.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation claim handling is required for the Sr. Claim Representative role.
