This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Efficiently oversee workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and financial precision.
• Ensure proper benefit management, appropriate file handling, and compliance with statutory regulations for all claims.
• Utilize a network of professional contacts, which may include doctors, nurses, attorneys, and regulators, to support our mission of helping claimants regain their lives.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building and sustaining effective business relationships with clients.
• Apply critical thinking abilities to collect and assess data to inform essential claims decisions.
• Accurately compute disability benefit rates and evaluate claim financial exposures.
• Employ modern technology to achieve precise and efficient claim resolutions.
• Consistently exhibit professional diplomacy during all customer interactions.
• Foster a bold culture that encourages teamwork to enhance operational performance and employee engagement.
• Advocate for a culture of ongoing improvement.
• Previous experience in handling workers’ compensation insurance claims is preferred.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, particularly in prioritizing work tasks.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to adapt and excel with evolving industry workflows.
