Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in providing legal support for the company.

• Specialize in areas such as contract law, advertising law, labor law, anti-corruption law, pharmaceutical law, competition law, and rebate law.

• Act on behalf of BeOne in legal proceedings before national courts.

• Oversee communications with external legal advisors.

• Deliver legal training sessions to colleagues and stakeholders.

• Travel for business purposes both within Germany and internationally (up to 15% of working time).

• Engage in and represent BeOne in working groups of industry associations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the legal fields mentioned above, along with a willingness to expand knowledge in others.

• Over 7 years of experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical sector.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on practical feasibility.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.

• A high standard of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to ethical practices.

• Strong social skills to promote cross-functional collaboration.
