Adjunct Faculty, Information Technology – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Deliver lectures for on-campus courses and conduct scheduled virtual meetings for online classes.

• Exhibit a strong commitment to the industry; keep knowledge and skills up to date through continuing education as outlined in the faculty development plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least four (4) years of relevant and verifiable professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Industry certifications are advantageous (Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, CISSP, etc.).

• Proficient in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Required programming skills include Python, Powershell, shell scripting, etc.

• Familiarity with technical support processes, regulatory/risk management, and information security principles is preferred.

• Understanding of configuration management, automation tools, and source code management is preferred.

• Experience with cloud services (Amazon, Azure, or Google) including computer, database, storage, network, IAM, and monitoring services is a plus.

• Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS integrations and architecture is a plus.
