This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee telephonic case management for workers’ compensation claims
• Evaluate care coordination and provide ongoing oversight of cases
• Collaborate with injured employees and healthcare professionals
• Assess treatment plans and offer guidance
• Facilitate return-to-work strategies and track recovery objectives
• Ensure consistent communication with all parties involved
• Advocate for cost-effective care solutions
• Keep thorough documentation of all case activities
• Identify obstacles to recovery and develop implementation strategies
• In-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation processes
• Understanding of case management practices
• Experience in return-to-work coordination
• Capability to handle a high volume of cases
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong organizational competencies
• Positive and adaptable attitude
• Bilingual skills (Spanish speaking) are highly advantageous
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory
• One of the following certifications is required: CCM, CDMS, COHN, or CRRN
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a relevant clinical discipline
