This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel the performance of the sales team to meet or surpass national revenue and profitability objectives.
• Oversee all elements of sales and managed markets execution.
• Recruit, mentor, train, develop, and lead a national team of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
• Ensure that the national team's commercial field insights and customer perspectives are effectively communicated.
• Engage and collaborate with other sales managers, brand marketing, field and head office reimbursement, medical affairs teams, and/or senior management.
• Create and implement impactful, motivating, and productive sales meetings.
• BA/BS Degree required, ideally in life sciences or business.
• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• 5-7+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech field, including specialty sales, with a preference for oncology experience.
• At least 3-5 years of Field Management experience.
• Knowledge of IMC Code along with field regulatory and compliance standards.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
