System Integrator Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish connections with practitioners involved in the actual work (architects, delivery leads, practice heads), beyond just engaging with executive sponsors.

• Assist SI teams in gaining a deeper technical understanding of LangChain by conducting enablement sessions, linking them with appropriate internal resources, and ensuring their capability to deliver effectively.

• Initiate and finalize co-sell initiatives with SIs on current enterprise opportunities.

• Develop joint go-to-market strategies that align with the operational models of SIs.

• Build and oversee a portfolio of SI partnerships, encompassing global SIs, consultancies, as well as regional and boutique specialists.

• Manage joint pipelines with SI partners: collaborate on active deals, conduct QBRs, and monitor attribution.

• Design and implement partner enablement initiatives, including certifications, training, delivery playbooks, and technical workshops.

• Collaborate with our solutions engineering and product teams to resolve technical inquiries for partners.

• Advocate for the partner's perspective internally by highlighting the needs of SIs regarding product features, support, and commercial conditions.

• Create co-marketing and thought leadership initiatives with key partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development, with direct involvement with SIs, GSIs, or consultancies.

• Authentic technical fluency in AI or developer tooling. While writing production code is not necessary, you should be able to discuss LLMs, agent architectures, and developer workflows competently.

• Proven history of establishing SI partnerships from the ground up that generated measurable pipelines, rather than merely signed agreements.

• Capability to manage relationships at various levels simultaneously — from engineers to practice heads to C-suite executives.
