Senior Programmatic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with client services and programmatic teams to provide client-focused recommendations and offer daily programmatic expertise.

• Create and implement innovative digital campaigns from initial concept to launch across platforms such as Amazon (experience with Walmart and Target is a plus).

• Oversee the execution and optimization of your sponsored campaigns.

• Foster, enhance, and sustain strong client relationships by delivering performance insights and identifying strategic opportunities.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication in all interactions with clients and internal teams.

• Function as a proactive self-starter capable of managing workflows independently while collaborating with various teams.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of programmatic strategies to enhance performance and meet client objectives.

• Offer guidance, constructive feedback, and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators to facilitate their professional growth.

• Introduce innovative ideas and challenge existing processes to enhance team performance and campaign outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in programmatic media, ideally across CTV, Display, and Video, with some exposure to Native, Audio, or Out of Home.

• Practical programmatic trading experience within retail marketplaces like Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.

• Proficient in multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Amazon, TTD, and DV360, along with knowledge of Ad Servers.

• At least 3 years of experience in paid marketing or e-commerce.

• Required familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.

• Proven experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members and aiding their development.

• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities with a strategic perspective.
