Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients to provide exceptional Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across various industries, aiming to meet, enhance, and optimize their business requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to address and resolve Workday Time Tracking and Absence challenges as they occur.

• Participate actively in internal training sessions and seize opportunities to share skills and insights with colleagues within the organization.

• Support internal initiatives as assigned, aimed at enhancing the team, department, or company.

• Lead a team of consultants, mentoring them in their Workday and professional growth while managing escalations (Manager Level).

• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (Mandatory).

• Minimum of 1 year of post-production support experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence in collaboration with a Workday partner (Mandatory).

• Proficient knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs (Mandatory).

• Experience with Global Time Tracking and Absence (Preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering customer collaboration.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to ensure timely delivery.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a manner that builds confidence and trust.

• Effective problem solver with the capacity to consider diverse perspectives and alternatives.

• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps.
