This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Leverage data obtained from Army systems to perform analyses and create data visualizations.
• Integrate data from various systems and reconcile records and values using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Evaluate funding profiles against both historical and current data to identify non-executable RDTE and Procurement profiles.
• Conduct work set verification analysis to ensure balance within cPROBE and compliance with program directives.
• Execute bill payer analysis across portfolios, including evaluations of funding justifications, procurement quantities, acceleration and reduction impacts, and implications for operational forces.
• Aid in the identification, justification, and verification of program requirements aligned with Command and Army priorities.
• Analyze variances at KEY5 or other relevant levels in cPROBE, encompassing audits for new positions and unplanned modifications.
• Prepare taskers in accordance with G-8 tasking guidance for central programming and the FYDP Review.
• Conduct data integrity checks and quality assurance/quality control reviews of PPBE-related information.
• Support quality control during central programming Co-Chair Reviews and deliver analytical reports.
• Participate in POM kickoff meetings, documenting decisions and guidance, tracking the POM build process, and independently analyzing process or data challenges.
• Compile detailed financial data using data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Facilitate communication and gather data from program stakeholders across Commands and HQ organizations.
• Perform rate and cost analyses to bolster organizational funding endeavors.
• Provide training to clients on established procedures.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, management, economics, math, science, or engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience and expertise in DoD or Army logistics, funding, or system development duties, or a Master's degree with over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience at senior levels within the Army or DoD, including HQDA, Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, or Defense Agencies.
• Proficient understanding of data collection and analysis techniques.
• Strong quantitative analysis capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, including the ability to analyze and predict trends.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, databases, and Tableau.
• Proficient in qualitative analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and questioning abilities for daily engagement with senior Army Staff clients.
• Flexible in adapting to various work styles, environments, and locations.
• Exceptional customer relationship management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful, capable of completing tasks and projects by designated deadlines.
• Familiarity with Army PPBE processes and DODI 5000.75, Business Systems Requirements, and Acquisition processes is preferred.
• Relevant experience in financial management is desirable.
• Previous experience with DoD is preferred.
