Workday Technical Architect – Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise technology solutions that achieve organizational goals.

• Oversee client engagement delivery and manage program execution.

• Work collaboratively with senior leaders from both the client and Huron teams to ensure successful delivery oversight.

• Build lasting relationships that benefit the firm and promote additional project opportunities with clients.

• Lead teams, develop innovative solutions, and communicate effectively across all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.

• Strong background in data conversion, migration, and quality management.

• Proven track record in designing scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns.

• Practical experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and developing custom solutions.

• Familiarity with AI/automation and contemporary data platforms to enhance Workday functionalities.

• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate solutions, lead technical conversations, and support sales initiatives by instilling confidence in prospects and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability in supporting business development through leading technical solution discussions, presenting to potential clients, and acting as a trusted advisor in client engagements.
