This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting and enhancing the Oracle EBS system to ensure seamless business operations.
• Ensuring system stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by the support team or business users.
• Conducting regular maintenance procedures to maintain system performance and uptime.
• Documenting change activities, procedures, and significant issue investigations to foster knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing the ERP system, including integrations and reporting outputs, to identify and implement enhancements that boost performance, uptime, error tracking, maintainability, and overall system resilience.
• Collaborating closely with reporting teams, leveraging knowledge of ERP database modules to support SQL development and enhance data extraction and reporting capabilities.
• Engaging with business stakeholders to collect and comprehend requirements, translating these into technical solutions for customizations and integrations, and ensuring the successful delivery of changes from design through implementation.
• A university degree or technical diploma in computer science or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in a technology or functional role supporting or implementing Oracle EBS.
• Experience with Oracle Business Applications in the E-Business Suite.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application Modules in Projects, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX Scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Business Applications in Cloud Fusion.
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Modules in Time and Labour.
• Skilled in Oracle WebADI, OAF, JDeveloper, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying technical issues to nontechnical staff.
• High integrity and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while providing leadership to others.
• A strong and positive customer service orientation.
• Capability to solve complex problems with multiple variables and unique situations.
