This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Drive large-scale software projects for our key international clients.

• Design the global methodological framework for current state (AS-IS) operational mappings and future (TO-BE) modeling.

• Define and structure prospective and intentional process architectures aligned with the organization's technology strategy.

• Lead in-depth statistical analyses, gap analyses, and advanced simulations to support critical business decision-making.

• Establish and implement the corporate architecture governance model, ensuring methodological consistency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in leading the redefinition, design, and comprehensive transformation of complex processes.

• Advanced mastery of frameworks and methodologies: BPM / BPMN and Lean / Six Sigma.

• Demonstrated ability in advanced gap analysis, dynamic simulations, and TO-BE conceptual design.

• Strong knowledge in defining organizational governance frameworks, complex metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
