Graduate Architect – Revit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• This position is accountable for producing high-quality BIM models, drawings, and project documentation while adhering to client requirements, company standards, and quality protocols.

• The role involves collaboration with project teams and clients, supporting project execution within budget and timeframe, conducting quality assessments, resolving project challenges, and engaging in continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

• Responsibilities related to project delivery encompass ensuring that assigned projects and work packages fulfill quality and program expectations, engaging in BIM modeling, preparing production drawings and schedules, accurately reporting discrepancies, and assisting fellow project team members.

• Client communication responsibilities include ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, participating in project meetings as required, and taking initiative in personal development.

• Teamwork obligations involve adhering to company policies, functioning as a collaborative team player, and providing effective support to colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate with a BS in Architecture.

• Proficient knowledge and experience with Revit software.

• Familiarity with other CAD and BIM applications from Autodesk, Bentley, and Graphisoft.

• Competent in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A developed understanding of the BIM process is preferred.

• Knowledge of building regulations, detailing, and construction methodologies in the UK, Middle East, and/or Australia/New Zealand is preferred.

• General experience and understanding of international architectural practices is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

• A good team player who demonstrates enthusiasm for work.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, diligent, and proactive.

• Ideally, experience working on buildings across various sectors and at different design stages of a project.
