Arquitecto Responsable de Proyectos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute all phases of both design and technical processes, from site identification to construction oversight.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and client satisfaction, providing direct attention to their needs.

• Assess and analyze new project sites (topographic and geotechnical analysis).

• Research and understand local and regional building regulations.

• Develop preliminary plans, incorporating client preferences while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Create the design, making adjustments based on client needs and regulatory constraints.

• Produce realistic 3D renderings to visualize the proposed design.

• Review and discuss the renderings with the client to secure their approval.

• Prepare the complete execution project once the design is fully finalized.

• Conduct structural calculations, installation design, drafting, documentation, and measurement preparation for inclusion in the execution project.

• Coordinate processes with the Architects' Associations and local municipalities.

• Manage the acquisition of all necessary permits to commence construction.

• Monitor the execution of the project during the construction phase.

• Address technical issues that arise during construction and adjust the design as needed.

• Required qualification: No minimum educational requirement defined; individuals with the ability to perform the outlined tasks are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum demonstrable experience of 3 years.

• Proven residence within approximately 100 km of Tres Cantos.

• Personal vehicle: Required.
