This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Set up and oversee the Workday modules, concentrating on Security Administration and Workday Reporting.
• Create, execute, and manage security roles, domains, and business process security policies within Workday.
• Convert business requirements into scalable security frameworks and reporting solutions.
• Generate and maintain sophisticated Workday reports and dashboards utilizing Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Record security configurations, reporting methodologies, and system workflows.
• Assist with data audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data and frameworks.
• Perform system testing for any security modifications.
• 5-10 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Security Administration and Workday Reporting.
• Familiarity with key Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Expertise in developing and enhancing advanced Workday reports and dashboards according to business needs.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and sustaining secure, scalable Workday environments.
• Experience in a global or multi-entity organization.
• Workday Pro Certification or Partner certification in pertinent modules (Security, Reporting) is preferred.
