Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, configuration, and upkeep of Windows and Linux platforms.

• Develop solutions, automate service delivery, and maintain hardware, software, OS, and application security.

• Oversee user accounts, access permissions, and system resources across enterprise systems.

• Provide support and maintenance for virtualization platforms including KVM, VMware, and Hyper-V.

• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and deliver prompt resolutions.

• Generate and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

• Investigate and recommend technology upgrades or enhancements to optimize system security and ensure best practices in operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Windows Server.

• Comprehensive experience with Linux administration is essential.

• Strong expertise and significant hands-on experience in the technologies, software, operating systems, and services mentioned in the description.

• Proficient in fundamental skills such as shell scripting, Active Directory integration, RAID filesystem management, hardware selection, OS installation, data recovery, and system troubleshooting.

• Must submit a resume and documentation demonstrating the ability to work independently within this hardware and software ecosystem.
