This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer and support Active Directory, focusing on user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies (GPOs).
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and various Windows services.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange Server and manage email services.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user licensing.
• Configure and manage resources in Azure, including virtual machines and identity services.
• Deploy, manage, and maintain virtual machines utilizing VMware technologies.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems related to Windows operating systems, applications, email systems, and infrastructure.
• Execute system upgrades, patch management, and implement security updates.
• Manage backup processes, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational reports.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide technical support to end users.
• 5–10 years of experience in Windows System Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, or a similar infrastructure support role.
• Extensive experience with Active Directory Administration.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in managing VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strong skills in Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing user identities, permissions, and access controls.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows infrastructure services.
• Understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, and system security.
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
