This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the effective delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform.
• Serve as the main delivery point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate the configuration of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and growth.
• Internally contribute to the development of Project and AMS/Optimization solutions.
• Manage service delivery within the capacity outlined in contracts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or service delivery related to technical solutions (SaaS).
• At least 7 years of experience in consulting for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Financial Applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial field.
• Workday application certification is required or preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated consultative abilities to guide discussions with clients and internally.
• Experience in implementing intricate business solutions within tight deadlines.
