Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client regarding the account.

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders across various levels.

• Lead both executive and operational alignments to ensure transparency and predictability.

• Oversee scheduling, expectations, risks, and potential escalation points.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the partnership and address new business requirements.

• Facilitate effective communication between the client and internal teams.

• Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution strategies.

• Assist in prioritizing initiatives and advancing the roadmap.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives and help eliminate obstacles.

• Keep track of account health indicators, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance.

• Support financial oversight of operations, including scope, budget, and capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts or corporate clients.

• Strong background in project, product, or digital delivery management.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal presence.

• Experience in leading executive forums and managing stakeholders.

• Proficient negotiation skills with the ability to manage expectations.

• Capability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Solid business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management.

• Ability to navigate between strategic and operational discussions.

• Analytical, collaborative, and results-driven profile.

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).

• Background in digital consulting, software houses, or digital products (preferred).

• Previous experience with digital products, platforms, or complex ecosystems (preferred).

• Experience in digital transformation contexts and enterprise account management (preferred).
