Vertical Market Development Manager – Hospitality and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive development of the Residential, Hospitality & Development markets from your local area.

• Market and sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and associated services tailored for hospitality, multifamily, HOA, apartments, luxury residential, corporate, and development-focused settings.

• Actively pursue developers, management companies, builders, corporations, and property decision-makers directly.

• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and initial discovery to proposal presentation, closure, and order coordination.

• Provide support in design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management.

• Focus on your local market while also exploring broader opportunities within the Residential, Hospitality, and Development sectors.

• Utilize our comprehensive service advantages over OEMs and national chains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling to hotels, hospitality groups, multifamily operators, developers, builders, corporations, HOAs, or clients in luxury residential sectors.

• Demonstrated success in generating and closing business in amenity, development, construction-adjacent, or relationship-driven commercial settings.

• Established connections with developers, property groups, builders, hotel operators, or corporate decision-makers are highly advantageous.

• Self-motivated hunter who excels in relationship sales and project coordination.

• Availability during daytime hours Monday through Friday with the flexibility to travel.

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.

• Clean background and drug test required.
