This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Take ownership of the delivery plan and timeline for the program's rollout across a growing range of products and their landing experiences;
• Keep an up-to-date dependency map involving Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing; proactively identify and escalate risks and obstacles before they impact delivery;
• Facilitate cross-functional launch readiness for each new product launch;
• Monitor progress using Jira and ensure the delivery status remains accurate and up to date;
• Organize and lead recurring program meetings — send out agendas beforehand, record action items, and ensure follow-through to completion;
• Issue regular status updates detailing progress, upcoming launches, and current blockers;
• Serve as the main point of contact for coordination inquiries across teams;
• Maintain Confluence documentation for processes, decision logs, and launch playbooks;
• Design and manage the collaboration framework linking launched products with partner departments (Marketing, DevRel, Support, Product, Engineering);
• Manage the request intake and tracking system;
• Conduct regular syncs with key contacts across departments to resolve or escalate blockers;
• Develop and uphold operational playbooks to ensure the model scales effectively as the portfolio expands;
• Gather feedback from product teams and product owners, route actionable items, and ensure resolutions are implemented;
• Summarize recurring themes to provide input for product prioritization;
• Monitor delivery and operational metrics while identifying friction points throughout the partner journey;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technology or platform organization;
• Proven experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communications in a multi-team or multi-product setting;
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation purposes;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a history of creating status updates, meeting materials, and operational documentation;
• Capability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively recognize and escalate issues;
• Demonstrated success in establishing and enhancing operational processes;
• Fluent in English.
• A background in gaming, digital commerce, or platform-as-a-service environments;
• Experience in launching products or platforms from inception to completion;
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, customer success, or partner-facing initiatives;
• Experience collaborating with distributed, asynchronous teams across various time zones;
