This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Manage the entire vendor lifecycle for designated categories — including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, performance oversight, and renewals — with limited supervision.
• Integrate ungoverned vendors into the Lexion intake process and governance framework, addressing tiering, BAA status, security intake, and renewal scheduling.
• Spearhead RFPs and competitive sourcing initiatives for vendor relationships of mid to high complexity.
• Identify and implement opportunities for contract consolidation across Fuze Health entities to minimize duplication and optimize pricing leverage.
• Monitor and enforce vendor SLA commitments; escalate and document instances of underperformance by vendors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance on all significant contracts and onboarding of new vendors.
• Maintain spend analytics and reports for your portfolio, highlighting ongoing savings opportunities and potential risks.
• Assist with Workday integration requirements concerning vendor workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of third-party vendors, suppliers, or service providers.
• Experience in leading contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and vendor performance management activities.
• Familiarity with working in regulated environments such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, SaaS, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Financial Services, or similar industries.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Operations.
