Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative of the Project and the Organization to customers, partners, subcontractors, and local authorities on-site.

• Oversee the complete range of site operations from mobilization to final acceptance and site closure.

• Take responsibility for Safety, schedule (Delivery), Quality, and Cost for all activities at the job site.

• Lead a team comprising site engineers and managers.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the organization's EHS Policy and Management Systems at the site.

• Guarantee compliance with the zero tolerance policy regarding Life Saving Rules.

• Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process with site subcontractors.

• Confirm that all work is performed in line with the quality assurance plan.

• Collaborate with the Project Construction & Commissioning Manager to define the construction philosophy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

• Between 15 to 20 years of practical experience in the construction industry.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Site Manager.
