📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the functionality of Workday Core HCM, which includes managing worker data, organizational structures, positions, compensation, and job architecture.

• Facilitate comprehensive lifecycle processes such as hiring, onboarding, job transitions, performance management, time tracking, leave management, and offboarding.

• Configure and optimize business processes, security roles, routing protocols, condition rules, and domain policies.

• Generate reports and analytics utilizing Workday's standard reports, custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and organizational restructuring.

• Ensure the integrity of data, implement audit controls, maintain regulatory compliance, and align practices with global HR standards.

• Partner with Payroll and IT teams to ensure precise HCM data flow for global payroll processing.

• Assist with Workday Payroll or Global Payroll integrations, including validating pay inputs, outputs, pay components, and adhering to country-specific regulations.

• Manage payroll data transfer and mapping for global and third-party payroll providers.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies, conduct audits, and work with country payroll teams to address issues.

• Maintain payroll calendars, period schedules, and configurations related to earnings, deductions, and tax data.

• Aid in integration design utilizing EIB, Studio, PECI, and API/web services (REST/SOAP) for data movement in both directions.

• Support data transformation, ensure mapping accuracy, and facilitate successful transitions to downstream payroll vendors.

• Engage in payroll RFP evaluations, process redesign, compliance controls, and requirements gathering.

• Provide training, documentation, and user assistance for Workday payroll and HCM processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday, specifically in Core HCM and Payroll (or global payroll integrations).

• Practical configuration experience with HCM business processes, security measures, organizational structures, and reporting capabilities.

• Familiarity with payroll processing, payroll audits, pay components, and collaboration with third-party payroll vendors.

• Knowledge of global HR data frameworks, compliance requirements, and country-specific payroll intricacies.

• Proficient in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs), data mapping, and testing protocols.

• Workday HCM and Payroll certification is required.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
