Payroll Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Accountable for identifying and acquiring new clients for our Payroll/HCM services.

• Maintain and update records of existing and prospective clients in the CRM system, currently using Atlas.

• Meet minimum production targets, which include scheduling initial appointments.

• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of our product/service offerings and industry trends.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and individual sessions with leadership.

• Responsible for training and mentoring Payroll Client Advisors.

• Provide regular status updates to the reporting PDM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess a valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

• Must reside in the area relevant to the job posting location.

• A minimum of two years of pertinent experience is necessary.

• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Motivated sales "hunter" driven by incentives.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold impeccable integrity.

• Possess a strong sense of urgency and natural sales ability.

• Enjoy cold-calling and engaging with individuals in face-to-face interactions.

• Accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely results.

• Ability to spend 50% of the time in the field.
