SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Aiding in the setup and personalization of SAP SuccessFactors modules

• Engaging in project workshops to collect and document client specifications

• Performing system testing, which includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Detecting and troubleshooting configuration issues with guidance from senior consultants

• Overseeing system performance and proposing enhancements to improve functionality

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Commerce, or related disciplines is preferred

• Experience in the Human Resource sector is a plus

• At least 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation projects

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules with up-to-date Deltas

• Proven experience in delivering comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors projects

• Strong comprehension of SAP SuccessFactors management processes
