This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Accountable for identifying and acquiring new clients for our Payroll/HCM services.
• Maintain records of existing and prospective clients in line with company policies, ensuring all call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent client information are accurately logged in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently utilizing Atlas.
• Tasked with meeting minimum production goals, which includes booking initial appointments to achieve a WIN.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the current product/service offerings as well as trends and changes in the financial technology sector to stay informed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and hold weekly one-on-one sessions with your leader.
• Responsible for mentoring and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) under their supervision.
• Provide regular status updates to the reporting PDM.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must reside in the area relevant to the job posting location.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivated and driven sales “hunter.”
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit impeccable integrity.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency along with inherent sales talent.
• Enjoy engaging in cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
