This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

• Investigate and resolve daily issues related to Workday US Payroll.

• Collaborate with clients to assist with new Payroll requirements within Workday.

• Develop and modify Workday configurations in response to changing requirements.

• Offer support for both regular and special payroll processes in Workday.

• Assist with post-payroll activities such as posting, bank transfers, and paychecks in Workday.

• Provide assistance for legal and regulatory reporting in Workday.

• Support year-end reporting and other related year-end activities in Workday.

• Analyze Workday updates and deliver recommendations to clients.

• Offer support for various Payroll interfaces within Workday.

• Provide assistance to the core HCM application.

• Advise clients on industry standards and best practices for Workday payroll.

• Configure Workday payroll in accordance with client specifications.

• Support and guide clients during parallel payroll testing.

• Serve as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing assistance for shadow assignments.

• Engage in update training and internal opportunities to share skills and knowledge within the organization.

• Comprehend and implement Workday and Accenture methodologies.

• Keep the Project Manager informed with status updates and overall project progress.

• Exhibit strong management of client and stakeholder relations to meet project goals.

• Foster innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and assets.

• Experience with Workday Payroll.

• Knowledge of Workday HCM Testing.

• Must be a US Citizen.
