This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, surveys, and configuration processes.
• Coordinate the setup and configuration of payroll systems.
• Validate payroll solutions and integrations to ensure adherence to legal payroll regulations.
• Assist with data mapping, migration, and validation to guarantee accuracy across systems.
• Support Year-To-Date (YTD) data preparation and confirm readiness for the go-live phase.
• Manage system testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E), and parallel runs.
• Address system and integration issues, coordinating defect resolution with global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities, ensuring accurate configurations and data readiness.
• Provide insights and solutions for client-specific updates and configurations.
• Manage post-payroll configurations and address outstanding client-specific updates.
• Document workflows and processes, transferring knowledge to local and global teams for system maintenance.
• Track project progress, report to project managers, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree focusing on Business, Human Resources, or technical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in the implementation of SAP HCM applications and involvement in 3 or more successful project rollouts.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in Germany.
• Proficiency in English and German, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on clients, accountability, and teamwork.
• Demonstrated capability to provide high-quality support and implementation in Human Resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in remote or hybrid settings, managing tasks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
