This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the monthly payroll processes and collaborate closely with the People Team to accurately capture and submit payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate with global payroll service providers and verify all payroll modifications to ensure a seamless experience for Paddle employees.
• Ensure that payroll payments, associated taxes, and benefits are precisely accounted for and processed.
• Collaborate with the Treasury and Banking teams to guarantee timely and accurate payment execution.
• Record payroll through journal entries and reconcile the related balance sheet accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional support for payroll, pension, and 401K inquiries.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.
• Manage payroll vendors and supervise payroll processing across more than 12 international locations.
• Monitor and report monthly salary adjustments, variable compensation, and deductions to local payroll vendors.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in pay data.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with global, multi-payroll providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with third-party providers across various regions (including EOR and PEO).
• Strong passion for working with individuals and a keen attention to detail.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience regarding global payroll laws and tax regulations.
