This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the configuration of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionalities in accordance with business needs.
• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with team leads to determine root causes and solutions.
• Generate and update documentation related to configurations, business processes, and decisions made in system design.
• Design and implement test scripts for updates, enhancements, and new releases.
• Aid in various testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), including tracking and resolving defects.
• Help in configuring and modifying business processes, notifications, and system settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify requirements and ensure anticipated system behavior.
• Make certain that changes are well-documented and comply with governance standards.
• Assist in release activities such as regression testing and impact assessments.
• Engage in working sessions with project teams and functional leads.
• 3–5 years of functional experience with Workday.
• Practical experience in supporting configuration and testing within Learning, Talent, or Performance modules.
• Background in supporting system implementations, updates, or releases.
• Experience in documenting business processes and configuration choices.
• Preferred exposure to global HR environments.
