This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and execute Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions utilizing Quadient Inspire.
• Engage in technical discussions and offer creative solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate current applications and assume responsibility for designated systems and processes.
• Provide support for live production environments, which includes monitoring, troubleshooting, error recovery, and change management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and impacts to customers during deployments and system modifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain automation and customization scripts in Groovy and Java.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Offer technical support and advice to team members.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts and suggest enhancements to the platform.
• Maintain compliance with development standards, best practices, and governance protocols.
• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
• Familiarity with at least one other recognized CCM platform.
• Proficient in Groovy and Java scripting.
• Experience in data processing and customer communication workflows.
• Strong grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application support.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience in client-focused and business-critical environments.
