Workday Integration Specialist – Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Act as the developer and owner of various integrations, focusing primarily on Benefits Core Connectors.

• Accountable for the design, development, configuration, and support of 30 or more integrations.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.

• Collaborate with the HRIS team and functional sponsors, offering recommendations for process enhancements and best practices.

• Engage with vendor support as required.

• Participate in the Open Enrollment project life-cycle, addressing any Workday integrations that may be affected.

• Deliver direct support to the functional Benefits team.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate Degree with relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 4 years of progressively responsible experience in HCM Integrations development and support utilizing integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connector, DT, XSLT, CFs, Workday Web Services API, Cloud Connect, RaaS, Workday Studio platforms, and the creation and maintenance of inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations with third-party vendors, including payroll and benefit providers.

• Experience in a production support environment (24x7x365) adhering to established processes and guidelines.

• Familiarity with all stages of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, deployment, and production support.

• Workday Integrations certification and/or Workday Studio certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in XML and XSLT.

• Capable of report writing in various formats (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to engage with various disciplines at all organizational levels.

• A suitable workstation for remote work is required.
