This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Act as a primary contact for questions related to benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and other company-offered perks.
• Escalate issues as necessary.
• Oversee support requests using the department’s ticketing system.
• Assist in creating and distributing clear, informative materials regarding benefits options, enrollment processes, and policy updates.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, and changes.
• Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for benefits administration, ensuring precise data entry and upkeep.
• Produce reports to support decision-making activities.
• Keep documentation of benefits policies and procedures current.
• Ensure all benefits-related documents and communications are consistent and clear.
• Provide assistance for special projects, including open enrollment and health fairs, as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or benefits administration.
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the Human Resources domain.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in a related HR field are advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with benefits programs, laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in benefits administration systems.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
