This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver hands-on HR support to both managers and employees while effectively overseeing specific areas of HR program implementation.
β’ Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to provide consistent and high-quality HR services.
β’ Utilize judgment in addressing common and moderately complex HR issues, recognizing patterns and risks, and advising HRBPs on recommended actions.
β’ Act as a reliable resource for managers, ensuring alignment with established HR strategies and frameworks.
β’ Independently oversee the execution of assigned elements of HR programs.
β’ Offer continuous HR guidance to managers regarding performance management, employee relations, compensation principles, and development practices.
β’ Examine employee data, trends, and case activities to uncover themes, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
β’ Work closely with the Compensation team to assist in job profile and leveling reviews.
β’ Identify any gaps or inefficiencies in HR processes that affect the supported population.
β’ Facilitate organizational and operational changes by enhancing communication and clarifying expectations.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
β’ 5β7 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ Proven experience in advising managers and addressing employee relations issues.
β’ Experience in independently overseeing components of HR programs or processes.
β’ Strong understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance fundamentals.
β’ Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Excellent judgment, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
