Senior HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on HR support to both managers and employees while effectively overseeing specific areas of HR program implementation.

• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to provide consistent and high-quality HR services.

• Utilize judgment in addressing common and moderately complex HR issues, recognizing patterns and risks, and advising HRBPs on recommended actions.

• Act as a reliable resource for managers, ensuring alignment with established HR strategies and frameworks.

• Independently oversee the execution of assigned elements of HR programs.

• Offer continuous HR guidance to managers regarding performance management, employee relations, compensation principles, and development practices.

• Examine employee data, trends, and case activities to uncover themes, risks, or opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with the Compensation team to assist in job profile and leveling reviews.

• Identify any gaps or inefficiencies in HR processes that affect the supported population.

• Facilitate organizational and operational changes by enhancing communication and clarifying expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.

• Proven experience in advising managers and addressing employee relations issues.

• Experience in independently overseeing components of HR programs or processes.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance fundamentals.

• Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent judgment, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
