This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will assist in posting and updating job advertisements while providing support throughout the entire recruitment process.
β’ From initial contact to the interview stage, you will organize and coordinate the entire process and actively engage in the selection phase.
β’ You will maintain employee records, respond to inquiries, and manage requests for personnel documentation.
β’ You will play an active role in shaping our onboarding process and support new team members as they transition into their roles.
β’ You will independently undertake smaller projects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our HR strategies.
β’ Organized work style: You work accurately, autonomously, and maintain an overview even while juggling multiple tasks.
β’ Collaborative team player: You work well with others and communicate clearly and transparently.
β’ Resilience and approachability: You maintain a friendly and solution-focused demeanor, even during busy or challenging times.
β’ Proficient office skills: You are skilled in common office software and actively utilize digital tools.
β’ Time commitment: You should be prepared to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 months.
β’ Previous HR experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
