β’ Create effective performance review processes that are actively utilized by managers
β’ Implement 9-Box frameworks and calibration protocols
β’ Develop succession plans for key positions
β’ Design individual development plans and career path maps
β’ Establish a curriculum for manager development
β’ Streamline the performance review process through automation
β’ Over 8 years of expertise in talent management and succession planning
β’ Experience in designing and executing performance cycles in organizations with 50-500 employees
β’ Insightful perspectives on the 9-Box (including its effectiveness, limitations, and what contributes to productive calibration sessions)
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred
