Workday Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Workday integration ecosystem, ensuring its stability and scalability.

• Design, develop, and provide support for integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.

• Execute EIB loads and address any associated issues.

• Create and sustain XSLT transformations for effective data mapping and formatting.

• Develop and oversee API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and external systems.

• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure adherence to security and data governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Workday Integrations – practical knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT/XML transformations, and Workday API integrations including REST and SOAP.

• Solid understanding of Workday architecture – capable of supporting integration design, data flows, security, reporting, and data quality across Workday domains.

• Problem-solving aptitude – confident in analyzing integration issues, determining root causes, and applying sustainable solutions.

• Excellent communication skills – proficient in collaborating with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, translating technical concepts into clear and actionable solutions.

• Experience in international collaboration – comfortable working in a global context, engaging with stakeholders from various countries and time zones.
