Service Desk Level 1 Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages seeking technical assistance.

• Record all service desk interactions in the ticketing system.

• Deliver first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, software, and basic network concerns.

• Address technical issues where possible and escalate when needed.

• Ensure prompt and precise resolution of all service desk inquiries.

• Follow up with customers or employees to guarantee satisfaction.

• Continuously enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and self-directed study.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support position, ideally in a service desk setting.

• Strong customer service abilities with the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical users.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and basic network troubleshooting.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Relevant certifications such as HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or CompTIA A+ are applicable or may be pursued.
